Singing reduces reduces stress

Hello guys !! I am telling you this from my personal experience and you can also find blog all over the internet and actually this is true if you sing correctly and in good manner (your song selection should also be good).

The scientific reason is that singing let's the positive frequencies to go into your brain through ear which will obviously reduce your stress level and anxiety and depression too.

And also once famous scientist Sir Nikola Tesla said " If you wish to understand the universe think of energy frequency and vibration."

Bonus: Singing also clears your sinuses!!
