Today I bring to you a very special recipe for a delicious meal quiet popular among Ghanaians and Nigerians - Spaghetti Jollof. This is how it is prepared among Ghanaians;

Ingredient

Sausages

Corned Beef

Onion

Garlic

Ginger

Pepper

Tomatoes

Onga seasoning

Curry powder

Nutmeg

Olive oil \ cooking oil

Salt

Carrots

Rosemary

Green pepper

Spaghetti

Flour

Method:

  1. Warmth container over medium high heat until the point of hot and afterward include oil.

  2. Include sliced onion and garlic and saute until tender and beginning to turn brown.

  3. Include granulated pepper, tomato puree and blend intermintently.

  4. 6-10 minutes afterwards, add solid shape and permit to cook.

  5. Taste for salt, include rosemary, curry powder, nutmeg and blend

  6. Include slashed onions, green pepper and carrots.

  7. Add corned beef and permit to stew for 3 minutes.

  8. Wash spaghetti, break into two and add to the stew.

  9. Add water and cover to cut.

  10. Wash sausages and slash into cubes and slices.

  11. Dip the sausages with flour

  12. Warmth skillet until the point it becomes hot and afterward add oil. Whirl to coat and after that include the sausages.

  13. Remove sausages when all sides turn brilliant dark colored.

  14. Dish spaghetti jollof unto a plate when all around cooked and include browned sausages and your delicious meal is ready.
