How can we improve the life style !!!
Its all take some determinations and small habit change to improve the overall life style.
Some are here :
Start drinking enough water everyday.
Remember to complete atleast for 7 hours of sleep everyday.
Eat healthy food. Mostly raw fruits and vegetable and a strict no to junk food.
Dont forget to have a 30 minute of exercise everyday, even brisk walking can do the job.
No more caffeine, srart the day with lemon and lukewarm water with honey.
Learn everyday. Always make a habit to read some books and magazine for 30 minute, better in morning.
Always dress neatly, it always not need to be very costly, but decent and clean.
Watch your friend circle, always avoid fake people.
Invest time and money to improve yourself. Its very important thing.
Time is very powerful, try not to waste any valuable time.
