Accepting What Happens Overcomes A Predicament
Life exists through perception. Remembering the experience of a predicament determines how we think about life. Personal knowledge teaches us ways of behaving to other people. We will be happy on certain occasions, but we can become sad at other times.

We can't overcome the struggles in our lifestyle by continuing to worry and anticipate through the experience of what happened to us. We can't compel the mind to retain unrealistic expectations. We can acknowledge what is happening at present to remain happy.
Happiness and sadness make the lifestyle to become what it should be. Since we can't do without becoming sad at times, we can understand that feeling happy sometimes is a necessary choice. When we accept the lifestyle as it happens, we should understand how happy our lives will be.
