METHODS TO WAKE UP EARLY

Waking up early is the hardest thing for me and I know for others as well. LOL
But did you know that waking up early can reduced your stress? It removes your need to rush every morning and start your day a positively.

Waking up early can also provide you more hours to do exercise, it is also the perfect time to meditate and watch as the sun rises.

Well, let me give you some techniques for waking up early.

TAKE IT SLOWLY

In order for us to change the time waking up is to do it slowly; 20-30 minutes earlier for the 1st week until you are used with it and repeat it. For example: if you wake up at 7am, don’t change it abruptly to 6am. You can try setting your alarm clock 30 minutes before 7am first.

This might be not effective to some and you are very free to neglect this advice.
If you unexpectedly change your time more than an hour then you will have a hard time and possibly will not enjoy. Worst, you will go back to your usual sleep rising pattern.

Waking up patterns is hard to change and I believe that the slow method would help in changing it.

So here’s an easy steps to get up early:

1.Have a good night sleep
2.Be excited for tomorrow. Think of something that might excite you and motivate you to wake up early.
3.Set your alarm clocks and make sure it is very loud.

Things to do when you wake up

1.Drink one glass of water – it will feel you more awake and lively.
2.Exercise
3.Take a cup of coffee

So that’s it fellow steemians, it sounds very easy but it’s difficult to perform.
