Eating while working is a bad habit
This is the bad habit of computer users nowadays. Just likethe couch potato of the olden times when you slump on the sofa to watch tv and
eat while watching, eating in front of the computer is getting common. Although
eating while working is usually not allowed in offices, those using computer at
home fall into that trap. Their excuse is that they cannot leave their work so
they would be eating while working. One nutritionist said that you should focus
on your food when you are eating which means it is unhealthy to eat while doing
something on the computer. Are you guilty of that bad habit?
So incredibly guilty thanks for reminding me! I do it everyday when I eat.

my mom also says it: P but sometimes the situation does not allow to do an action at the same time .
sometimes I have to study in the pc and eat at the same time xD
Even I eat while I am on pc, can't help it 😀
