As they said, start them young! I always gave different types of fruits to my children and thankfully, they stick with eating fruits now in their adulthood.

It can help the body expel mucous and provide some relief ♦♦ And a smoothie will cool your throat's red-hot soreness. I like to use #blueberries in mind [they say that blueberries contain astringent tannins that soothe sore throats .
