❏ Plot ❏
Five years after King Ghidorah's death, Kong and Godzilla are currently the last known active Titans on Earth's surface. On Skull Island, the climate has been destabilized – Monarch now watches over Kong, who resides within a giant dome. Kong is visited by Jia, the last Iwi native and Ilene Andrews' adopted daughter, who is deaf and communicates with Kong via sign language.
Bernie Hayes, an employee of the Apex Cybernetics corporation and host of a Titan conspiracy theory podcast, exfiltrates information suggesting sinister activities at a Pensacola Apex facility. However, Godzilla suddenly attacks the facility; during the rampage, Bernie discovers a device that resembles the ORCA, previously used to communicate with or control Titans. Madison Russell, a fan of Bernie's podcast, enlists her friend Josh to investigate the cause of Godzilla's attack. Together they find Bernie and sneak into the wrecked Apex base, discovering a secret facility deep underground. They are inadvertently locked and transported in a container carrying Skullcrawler eggs (two-legged reptilian Titans that were previously discovered by Monarch) through an underground tunnel to Hong Kong. There, they unwittingly intrude on a test of Mechagodzilla, a robotic version of Godzilla, telepathically controlled by Ren Serizawa, the son of the late Ishirō Serizawa, through the neural networks of Ghidorah derived from a severed head that Apex had managed to retrieve. The test is cut short due to limitations of the power supply.
Walter Simmons of Apex recruits Nathan Lind, a former Monarch scientist turned Hollow Earth theorist, to help guide them to the Hollow Earth in search of a powerful energy source. Nathan goes to Skull Island and meets with Ilene, and convinces her to use Kong as a guide to the energy source. Nathan, Ilene, and their team board a modified barge with Kong chained and lightly sedated; however, Godzilla attacks the military convoy partway through the voyage. Although he fights and defeats Kong, Godzilla only retreats after the ships disable their power and trick him into thinking they are destroyed. Realizing that Godzilla will continue to come for Kong if he is deemed a threat, they change plans and carry Kong to a Hollow Earth entry point in Antarctica. Jia convinces Kong to enter the tunnel, and the teams follow him in specialized vehicles.
Inside the Hollow Earth, they find an ecosystem similar to Skull Island. While traversing through the landscape, Kong and the team discover his ancestral throne room depicting an ancient war with Godzilla's species; they also find a glowing ax made from the dorsal spines of another Godzilla. As they find the power source, Kong finds out that the ax can be recharged by the same power source. The Apex team sends the power source's signature back to their base in Hong Kong, but Godzilla, sensing the energy, makes landfall in Hong Kong and directly attacks the throne room via the Hollow Earth. Kong fends off the atomic breath and the subsequent invasion of Hollow Earth creatures, but the Apex team is killed during the fight. Kong and the survivors escape through the hole to Hong Kong, where Godzilla and Kong fight again. Despite the fact that Kong's ax is immune to the atomic breath, Godzilla wins again and incapacitates Kong.
In the Apex base, a concerned Ren warns Walter that they have not tested the new Hollow Earth energy source, fearing the consequences. But Walter ignores his pleas and orders him to activate Mechagodzilla. Bernie, Madison, and Josh are caught by security and brought to Walter. Mechagodzilla goes haywire under the influence of the energy source and Ghidorah's neural networks, and Ren is electrocuted to death. Mechagodzilla, now possessed by Ghidorah’s consciousness, awakens and kills Walter, then emerges from the base of Victoria Peak and attacks the city. As Josh unsuccessfully tries to remotely shut down the rampaging robot, Godzilla and Mechagodzilla battle. However, Godzilla, weary from his battle with Kong, is overwhelmed. Nathan's team is able to revive Kong, and Jia convinces him to help Godzilla. Kong saves Godzilla from being killed, but their combined strength proves insufficient and Godzilla is again defeated.
Kong is almost killed by Mechagodzilla; however, Josh short-circuits Mechagodzilla’s controls with Bernie's flask of liquor and stalls the robot long enough for Godzilla and Kong to recover. Godzilla blasts the ax with his atomic breath, supercharging it and allowing Kong to completely destroy Mechagodzilla. Madison, Bernie, and Josh reunite with Mark Russell, while Godzilla and Kong acknowledge each other before going their separate ways. Sometime later, Ilene and Jia watch Kong, now ruling over the Hollow Earth, from an observation post.
❏ Development ❏
In September 2015, Legendary moved Kong: Skull Island from Universal to Warner Bros., which sparked media speculation that Godzilla and King Kong would appear in a film together.[21][22] In October 2015, Legendary confirmed that they would unite Godzilla and King Kong in Godzilla vs. Kong, at the time targeted for a May 29, 2021, release. Legendary plans to create a shared cinematic franchise "centered around Monarch" that "brings together Godzilla and Legendary’s King Kong in an ecosystem of other giant super-species, both classic and new."[23] Producer Alex Garcia confirmed that the film will not be a remake of King Kong vs. Godzilla, stating, "the idea is not to remake that movie."[24] In May 2017, Adam Wingard was announced as the director for Godzilla vs. Kong.[25]
In July 2017, Wingard spoke about the outline created by the writers room, stating, "We're going in very great detail through all the characters, the arcs they have, how they relate to one another, and most importantly how they relate to the monsters, and how the monsters relate to them or reflect them." He also stated that he and his team are going "beat by beat" on the outline, stating, "So once again, it's a discussion, and about feeling out how to make it as strong as possible, so that when Terry [Rossio] goes to write the screenplay, he has a definitive breakdown of what to include."[26] In August 2017, Wingard spoke about his approach for the monsters, stating:
"I really want you to take those characters seriously. I want you to be emotionally invested, not just in the human characters, but actually in the monsters. It’s a massive monster brawl movie. There’s lots of monsters going crazy on each other, but at the end of the day I want there to be an emotional drive to it. I want you to be emotionally invested in them. I think that’s what’s going to make it really cool".[27]
Wingard expressed his desire for the film to have a definite winner, stating:
"I do want there to be a winner. The original film was very fun, but you feel a little let down that the movie doesn’t take a definitive stance. People are still debating now who won in that original movie, you know. So, I do want people to walk away from this film feeling like, Okay, there is a winner".[28]
Wingard also confirmed that the film will tie in with Godzilla: King of the Monsters, be set in modern times, and feature a "more rugged, a bit more aged Kong."
❏ Writing ❏
In March 2017, Legendary assembled a writers room to develop the story for Godzilla vs. Kong, with Terry Rossio (who co-wrote an early unproduced script for TriStar's Godzilla)[30] leading a team consisting of Patrick McKay, J. D. Payne, Lindsey Beer, Cat Vasko, T.S. Nowlin, Jack Paglen, and J. Michael Straczynski.[31] On his experience with the writers room, Rossio stated:
"Godzilla vs. Kong was my first experience running a writer's room, and it was fantastic. It was a blast reading samples, meeting different writers, and crafting a story in a group setting. It felt similar to animation, where the film is happening up on the walls, and the end result is better than any one person could accomplish on their own".[32]
Michael Dougherty and Zach Shields, the director and co-writers of Godzilla: King of the Monsters, provided rewrites to ensure that certain themes from King of the Monsters were carried over and that some characters were properly developed.[33] Dougherty revealed how he wrote for the title characters, and how the film would address their differing interactions with people. For Kong, Dougherty stated the film would feature "those very unique, and even warm, bonding moments" between Kong and humans since they've been a staple of the character since the 1933 film. For Godzilla, his connection to humans would be "more implied" as his softer side is rarely shown.[34] Eric Pearson and Max Borenstein received a Screenplay By credit, while Rossio, Dougherty, and Shields received a Story By credit.
❏ STREAMING MEDIA ❏
Streaming media is multimedia that is constantly received by and presented to an end-user while being delivered by a provider. The verb to stream refers to the process of delivering or obtaining media in this manner.[clarification needed] Streaming refers to the delivery method of the medium, rather than the medium itself. Distinguishing delivery method from the media distributed applies specifically to telecommunications networks, as most of the delivery systems are either inherently streaming (e.g. radio, television, streaming apps) or inherently non-streaming (e.g. books, video cassettes, audio CDs). There are challenges with streaming content on the Internet. For example, users whose Internet connection lacks sufficient bandwidth may experience stops, lags, or slow buffering of the content. And users lacking compatible hardware or software systems may be unable to stream certain content.
Live streaming is the delivery of Internet content in real-time much as live television broadcasts content over the airwaves via a television signal. Live internet streaming requires a form of source media (e.g. a video camera, an audio interface, screen capture software), an encoder to digitize the content, a media publisher, and a content delivery network to distribute and deliver the content. Live streaming does not need to be recorded at the origination point, although it frequently is.
Streaming is an alternative to file downloading, a process in which the end-user obtains the entire file for the content before watching or listening to it. Through streaming, an end-user can use their media player to start playing digital video or digital audio content before the entire file has been transmitted. The term “streaming media” can apply to media other than video and audio, such as live closed captioning, ticker tape, and real-time text, which are all considered “streaming text”.
❏ Casting ❏
In June 2017, it was announced that Zhang Ziyi had joined Legendary's MonsterVerse, having a reportedly "pivotal" role in both Godzilla: King of the Monsters and Godzilla vs. Kong.[36] In June 2018, Julian Dennison was cast alongside Van Marten, while Millie Bobby Brown and Kyle Chandler would reprise their roles from Godzilla: King of the Monsters.[37] Legendary also sent an offer to Frances McDormand for a role.[38] In July 2018, it was revealed that Danai Gurira was in early talks to join the film.[39] In October 2018, Brian Tyree Henry,[40] Demián Bichir,[41] Alexander Skarsgård,[42] Eiza González,[43] and Rebecca Hall were added to the cast.[44] In November 2018, Jessica Henwick,[45] Shun Oguri,[46] and Lance Reddick were cast, with Oguri making his Hollywood debut.[47] Despite not being confirmed by the studio, Gurira was briefly named amongst the cast by Collider and ScreenGeek

In June 2021, Tom Holkenborg was announced as the film's composer.[58] Wingard met with Holkenborg in 2018, to which he admitted to recreationally writing music for Godzilla years prior due to being a fan. Holkenborg began communicating with the director afterwards, tweaked the material, and played it for the director, stating that Wingard was "totally in love". Holkenborg requested a bass drum roughly ten feet in diameter, but the builder was only able to scale it down to eight feet.[59] As with Legendary's previous Godzilla trailers, György Ligeti's "Requiem" was used, followed by "Here We Go" by Chris Classic.[60][61] The soundtrack was released by WaterTower Music on March 26, 2021.[62]
All music is composed by Tom Holkenborg.

❏ COPYRIGHT CONTENT ❏
Copyright is a type of intellectual property that gives its owner the exclusive right to make copies of a creative work, usually for a limited time.[1][2][3][4][5] The creative work may be in a literary, artistic, educational, or musical form. Copyright is intended to protect the original expression of an idea in the form of a creative work, but not the idea itself.[6][7][8] A copyright is subject to limitations based on public interest considerations, such as the fair use doctrine in the United States.
Some jurisdictions require “fixing” copyrighted works in a tangible form. It is often shared among multiple authors, each of whom holds a set of rights to use or license the work, and who are commonly referred to as rights holders.[citation needed][9][10][11][12] These rights frequently include reproduction, control over derivative works, distribution, public performance, and moral rights such as attribution.[13]
Copyrights can be granted by public law and are in that case considered “territorial rights”. This means that copyrights granted by the law of a certain state, do not extend beyond the territory of that specific jurisdiction. Copyrights of this type vary by country; many countries, and sometimes a large group of countries, have made agreements with other countries on procedures applicable when works “cross” national borders or national rights are inconsistent.[14]
Typically, the public law duration of a copyright expires 50 to 100 years after the creator dies, depending on the jurisdiction. Some countries require certain copyright formalities[5] to establishing copyright, others recognize copyright in any completed work, without a formal registration.
It is widely believed that copyrights are a must to foster cultural diversity and creativity. However, Parc argues that contrary to prevailing beliefs, imitation and copying do not restrict cultural creativity or diversity but in fact support them further. This argument has been supported by many examples such as Millet and Van Gogh, Picasso, Manet, and Monet, etc.[15]
❏ GOODS OF SERVICES ❏
Credit (from Latin credit, “(he/she/it) believes”) is the Godzilla vs Kong which allows one party to provide money or resources to another party wherein the second party does not reimburse the first party immediately (thereby generating a debt), but promises either to repay or return those resources (or other materials of equal value) at a later date.[1] In other words, credit is a method of making reciprocity formal, legally enforceable, and extensible to a large group of unrelated people.
The resources provided may be financial (e.g. granting a loan), or they may consist of goods or services (e.g. consumer credit). Credit encompasses any form of deferred payment.[2] Credit is extended by a creditor, also known as a lender, to a debtor, also known as a borrower.
