Great and informative post! I totally agree about the importance of being structured and having clear todos or tasks. For our team, we've tried most software and even though I love Trello it isn't the best for teams in my opinion. Monday.com is actually quite the contender on the team side! Gets expensive when you get over 5 people, but so far it seems to be worth it, we just have to master it a bit more to be more efficient.
