LIFE HACK: How I EASILY got a Luxury Car with NO money down

In this blog I'll share with you a process I used to get a 2016 Lexus IS250 F-Sport with no money down and very little money out of pocket. If you found this valuable, please share it with a friend!

A process that allows you to take over someone's lease they no longer want or maybe can't afford anymore.

In this case I did it with a vehicle -

Here are the steps I used to get this car with NO money down and very little money to takeover.

Step 1:

Go and find a lease take over company. You can use either swapalease or leasetrader

With either one of those companies you can search and see listings for free, but if you want to message the current owner, you'll need to subscribe - don't subscribe until you complete the next step.

Step 2:
Search and pick the car you want.
When looking for cars be sure to keep an eye out at the following:

A. Car Monthly Payment
B. Months remaining on lease
C. Miles allowed to drive monthly
D. Car location
E. Incentives (if any)

Step 3:
Contact the owner and get things going. Once you initiate the trade, your credit will then be ran to verify that you qualify before they actually submit it to the leasing company for transfer.

Step 4:
Lease company will send TOE ( transfer of equity) documents to owner for them to sign - owner then sends them to you and you send back to lease company. This starts the official process.

Step 5:
Lease company draws up new lease agreement and sends it to you to review. Sign it and send it back. Before sending it back You WILL NEED to have the vehicle insured for them to accept it. You also need to pay a $200 "Transfer Fee"

Step 6:
Arrange for pick-up or delivery of the car. I choose to have mine delivered. It came from Connecticut, took about 5 days and $1000.

Step 7:

Enjoy your new ride :) !

Leasetrader Subscription - $34
Car Inspection - $200
Transfer Fee - $200
Car Transport - $1000
Car Insurance - $1200 ( 6 months policy)
Car Payment - $308/mo
