The advantages of vegetarianism:

- iron in meat is much better absorbed

Brother iron and calcium can be produced inside the body, that's why we want to undergo regenerative detoxification to allow those glands to produce those valuable minerals at the proper rate. B12 is definitely a doozy, but thankfully we have the technology to supplement if need be.
