Depends on how I got myself into that situation.

I would try to teleport ASAP.... but if I can't, then I would probably succumb to a mortal's death via suicide by cop. If that doesn't happen, and I am truly in check; I would probably go limp, passively cooperate, and put myself in a meditative state that I would sustain as long as I was in custody.
