This is absolute truth. Nobody is irreplaceable. Just like you make people know they are very replaceable we should also know that we are not irreplaceable. Hence we should try to value whoever we are with or whatever position we find ourselves and use it well because like magic, you can be kicked out and another brought in.

Yes you did. It's so sad when your boss makes you feel like you are irreplaceable and then just because of a little misunderstanding replaces you without a second thought after overworking you. That one is painful. Being replaced when you deserve that spot can hurt that's why now I see it like a vapour this minute is and next minute is no more.
