Another year without a functional chair lift #41

The chair lift in my city is in the third year since it was not functional.It is a pity because a lot of money has been invested, and now all the mechanisms are beginning to degrade.
This chairlift was built for the winter season. Many came to ski here but had to walk up to the top of the track.Unfortunately the weather conditions did not allow the ski slope to work. Because of this, the chairlift did not work.
I think it could be started during the year, especially in the summer. Many would like to climb to the top of the mountain where there are different places where you can eat or drink coffee.But this depends on the leadership of the city and not what people want.
