Sometimes they seem to be all are well-known things, but we can never say often enough about helth.
As for me, I like a glass of water with fresh lemon juice as a start of the day, it's good for every season. But depends also of acisity of your stomach
Yes, it's a nice thing to start the day with a glass of water with lemon, I do so too and I add a bit of ginger too. thank you
