Actually, it is a mystery and very intriguing question - what had happened. If it was someone honest who turned them back, or just didn't took it from ATM (in that case there is a chance it can pull them back), God bless that person. Yesterday I was going to call to the bank and ask, but later I thought how it may sounds:
"Hello! ATM withdrawn my money but didn't give them to me, and I sit on my back 4 days and don't care..."
or "Hello! I tried to withdraw money in ATM, and ... I don't remember what happened" LOL
