Internet is a great place. It allows you to craft meaningful relationships with other people and to explore and discover pretty much every bit of knowledge that mankind has accumulated over thousands of years.
People, on the other hand, suck. I think that social network is the proof of that. That "flipping" of words, that never-ending circle of indignation and black-or-white ideas is exactly what I most hate about it. It's like they took liberal ideas, progressive ideas, and they made them into another form of bigotry. So you've got bigotry on one side and bigotry on the other. It's a nightmare.
Lucky for us, we can just steer clear though, right?
I agree with you) The Internet is a beautiful and terrible place at the same time. I think that only our personal consciousness and selectivity in choosing information from this "charming dump of minds" somehow saves us from a blind portion of negativity.
