Lessons i have learnt in my life.
You need to experience life in order to learn the lessons. And the more life you experience, the more lessons you accumulate. However, some extremely valuable lessons came from other people.
Here are few Life lessons i learned in my 29 years of life :-
1. There is difference between Working hard and Working smart.
It really doesn't matter if you are working 16-20 hrs a day you'll not be successful if you are not working smartly. One thing is sure if you worked smartly then you were not working 16-20 hrs a day.
2. You cannot plan future always and similarly cannot do anything of past.
I was very proud of my self that am well planned person and knows what will be my tomorrow or a week from now. But the morning I lost my father I realised it's all in my planner what I need for future but I cannot plan that way. Similarly how hard I try I cannot bring my past back on cannot Undo my words or reactions.
3. Don't let little things get to you.
Does it really matter who is right about who did what chore in the house ? You might win the fight, but lose the battle. Don't sweat the small stuff because little things don't matter.
4. Your intuition or gut is always right .
Always, Always listen to your inner voice. Whenever I've gone against my intuition, I regreted later.Listen to your gut it's always right.
5.Karma is real , and it's a bitch.
I have seen it happen personally and for friends way too often. If you give more , you'll get more. And similarly be good to people else nature has its own way to make you feel similar.
6. Energy (both negative and positive) is detectable.
We all have felt at some point of time or another there is that person who always feel good or energetic around, or that person who always make sad or draining when around.
7. Friends come and go.
Its all bullshit when a quote say "if a person is a friend with you for 7 years s/he will be forever in your life. " People change and so do relationships . Many a times people come in your life just for some reason or to make you more mature with their and yours experience.
8. We cannot relate anything with sentiments its within.
My father died when I was 26 , It was difficult time in my life, but it made me realize our memories are not in things , it comes within , our memories are inside us.
9. Never underestimate your health
Our well-being is more important than how we treat it. Without health there is no status, no success, no wealth.
10. Your job or career is not your mission.
There is nothing wrong in hard work as long as it doesn't get in way of your's health, family , relations and passion.
11. Finding your passion is important.
It's important to have passion and it's oki if you have not found it yet, you will find something that aligns with your principals and desires. You can always cultivate it.
12. Relationships matter.
For the relationship to work both people must contribute, if it's only one sided then one can easily feel used , exploited.
13. Taking advices or having mentor is great but make sure to take advices from experts only.
I have seen many people doling out advice who have no expertise or life or career experience of same. They may guide you wrong or slow. So make sure you get advices from someone who is expert and by expert I mean he or she has it his or her 10k-20k hours of life in same.
Although some lessons must be learned through experience, you don't have to wait until midlife to become aware of what's truly meaningful and worthwhile. You simply need the curiosity and desire for self-awareness and personal growth. Once you learn the lessons, you can apply them in your life at any age and see the benefits to your happiness and well-being.
What are some of the life lessons you've learned over the years? How have they impacted you or the way you live? Please share your ideas and experiences in the comments below.
I Really appreciate whatever you said .it happens to me ones and somebody guided me in wrong way at that day i lost my 10k $ . seriously some people comes in your life to misguide you but from that life gives you a good lesson i started building myself from the scratch. remember me in your prayers
