Beware Of House Helps (Part 3)

Hello friends, it's another moment to look into the usefulness of making adequate enqires before choosing a help. Some of them appear to be nice at the onset but later exhibit some cruel characters. In this section I will again share with you an incidence that happened some years ago.

A woman got a well paid job and decided to employ a nanny to look after her baby at home. She went out each morning to return late in the night. She noticed that her baby was getting malnourished. She opened her baby's food to be sure she nanny fed her. She couldn't suspect anything.

She couldn't pinpoint what exactly was the problem with her baby. Her nanny appeared to be a good girl, she had so much confidence in her. She couldn't suspect that she could actually be the reason behind her son's malnourishment and ill health.

On one of the occasions her good neighbor which is also her friend decided to talk a walk to her house to know why the little boy cried often. That afternoon she knocked at the door but it took the nanny close to 30 minutes to open the door for her. That was the time she spent in cleaning up the mess she did.

She asked her the reason he was crying, she told her that he's fond of it each time while taking his food. The woman wasn't satisfied with her response. She decided to tell her friend what was going on and made a plan to find out what she does to the baby that makes him cry alot.

She waited for her neighbor to come back that night, she told her what has been happening. They came up with a good plan, the woman invited her brother to come in the morning to her house but he should walk in such a way that he wouldn't be noticed by the nanny. While the woman went to work that morning she didn't lock one of the doors to the house.

Her nanny didn't notice it because the woman always locked that same door. Unknown to the nanny that the door was open, the woman's brother was already in the compound when he heard the cry of a baby coming from his sister's house. He quietly went up stairs and gently opened the door.

Can you guess what he saw? The nanny trashed the boy's food and fed him with his excreta, I mean the baby's poo-poo. You can imagine how bad it is. Immediately the brother shouted at the nanny, she was shocked and surprised to see him. He called her sister over the telephone and told her what he saw.

She came back to the house to see her son in such a mess. She quickly went to the police station and reported her, the nanny was arrested she came back and took her son to the hospital because he was already sick. Something terrible happened, after few weeks in the hospital he died.

What a pathetic experience. The doctor gave a report that some of boy's internal organs were affected as a result of long time feeding on excreta. This story is for parents to be careful who they employ in the house to take care of the children and domestic chores. I'll like to end it here with a popular and funny saying which goes thus,

Everyone is a suspect.
