At present, many companies hire people with disabilities of some kind, in Venezuela, the law stipulates for the labor part. but what happens with these people who have this limitation to speak and listen, what happens with the deaf person, this person has interrupted the circuit of hearing-speaking, there is a variant of causes that the person is deaf mute. some of the causes are genetic

Causes = the genetic inheritance originates when the father or the mother is suffering from the same syndrome or there is a family history remember that the mute deaf people suffer from a syndrome but it is not a disease

Many of these people do not have the ability to use their 5 senses, which allow us to perceive with the world, to interpret and understand, sign language is the language used by these people with this disability who can not perceive sounds like; music conversations and everything that emits sound in our environment or simply exchange with other people

The learning of this sign language is with hands and gestures or simple mimics. There are many educational institutions in Venezuela. these people create their own community

It is a beautiful language, we should all learn sign language in the personal area where work gives workshops to be able to have good communication through signs. They are sensitive people and they need our support.
