Where is the world heading

Who would think the world is going in the right path? In my opinion we just don't care. We just go on with our day to day activities. But who is going to seriously think and correct the path. A regular person can not do it, can a politician do that ? I doubt it, but as a community we must collaborate and think about the path. Sometimes we do not know why we do what we do everyday. For example going to work. Why are we going to the work place everyday burning gasoline. What is the end goal.

Are we going to develop the world, country or ourself ? Are we selfish to gain huge amount of resources just to satisfy ourself ? The main problem here is we do not know why we live. We think we are know everything and do things that satisfy ourself. Because we are afraid to look for the truth. We like to suppress the real situation in the world and live like there is no problem. Many of us will agree to that in their minds but may not admit it publicly. Many may think that is just a wast of time. But finding the real goal may lead to a new bright future where everyone can live a happy life.

Nothing we do today makes no sense sometimes yet we do because that is the trend or tradition. No one is going to question the current methods, because we think that this is the correct one naturally and we don't like to strain ourself with unwanted problems.

We have so much potential to do more if we know the goal in our life. Currently we are making temporary goal for the future and achieve it. After it has been achieved we make another goal and another. Never ending. But when we are at the death bed we realized that those goals are meaningless. Some people live for a cause , some for money, desires and many more.

We are consuming resources at an increasing rate. At the end what have we achieved , high rise building , highways, economy, less tress, less animals ,bare land, etc.

Another point is the technology. Today we can convey a message to huge number of people without any effort. People can manufacture anything in bulk. If we discover something today it may come to the supermarket within months. There are very bad consequences because of this rapid growth. Think if some person makes a virus or a chemical formula which could harm living things. Within months we will be back to the cave age. Great civilizations can collapse after the climax of the technological advancement. It requires just the correct timing because all the other infrastructure for mass productions and distributions are satisfied. Most facilities are centralized and in huge scale like mega factories and giga factories. Even harmless phones, food, water can be turned in to something dangerous. We only talk about environmental pollution rate but because of cruel human nature we could destroy ourself in the end along with other living beings.
So are we goin in that direction ?... Do any of us like that future? If not start thinking about the real goal in life.
