¡POR ESTAS RAZONES ESCRIBO!

these days it occurred to me that in addition to #MisFotosSecretas I want to share super secret bits of my days✌🌞 ... what do you say, do you accept?

I have told you again and again that I have a beautiful love for notebooks, really in every corner of my house there is more than one and that is because they do not know how happy it makes me write, even if they are small things (in my head is the most soothing therapy🧘♀), it is also cool because you can have that moment just for you and write things that you do not say out loud🙊.

Then I gave myself the task of making a small list of reasons why they should test my mini therapy☝🙆.

1.-YOU AND ONLY YOU.

Writing is the simplest way to disconnect for a while from tooodooo, you can prepare your favorite drink🍃, take off your shoes and sit on the grass to write ... it is one of the things that fill my heart the most and I promise you that when you do it you will feel ligeritos and happy🌈.

2.-GOODBYE STRESS.

There are times when we only think and think and think, work, school, friends, pending, love, white or black, do not you? What I do is turn all that stress into paper📄. That is to say, it makes me feel at peace to cross out things that I have already done, so I am aware of everything that went on in the day and I realize what I still have to do. They do not know the peace of mind to end the day and see everything crossed out, what a delight!

3.-EVERYTHING MORE CLEAR.

I do not know about you, but sometimes I feel like my heart is going to explode and I do not know how to express what I feel, has it happened to them? For writing it, for me it is magical. It is not about making a mega speech, the idea is to write down the smallest detail that you feel your being, so that everything is clearer for you and do not make cobwebs 🕸in the head.

4.- I AM WHAT I WRITE.

I LOVE to read what I write, after all I have noticed that when I read old and not so old things, I know myself a little bit more. When you write you are sincere, "only you" and you become your best counselor because you understand a little more how you are changing.
