story time(The job interview)

This is the story of two people that apply for a job interview in the same company, well in the on Monday morning the two men were at the company been prepared for the job interview.
They were sitting on the receptionist sit waiting to be called in for the interview. Some minute later the first person was called in for the interview, after half an hour the first person was out and the second person was called in, a half hour later the second person was done with his own interview and was out too. While they were sitting down waiting for the result of their interview, few minute one of their interviewer came out and meet them. He told the both of them that the two of them did well and excellent for the job interview both the problem is that there is only one job vacancy, meaning only one of them can be given the job, He said to them that they have to pass through another test interview if they want the job, the two of them agreed to take the last interview. The interviewer gave them a nursery plant and told them that the plant a bean seed in the nursery plant bowl, he told them that the two of them were to take care of the plant and to make them grow bring their result at the end of one month, in which by their result one of them would be employed. The all went away with the task hoping to bring the result at the end of the month. The first man and the second man water their seed well and take good care of it every day.
When it was on week and the half the both of them in their separate houses notice that there beans was not germinating. The first man thought of what to do and decide he decided to plant another beans seed in his bowl because. The other man try to find solution to the problem but at the end he decide to do what is asked of him to do and also to be faithful. The following week the first man seed got germinate and he was happy and proud of himself for been clever and was also happy because he heard that the second man’s seed did not germinate.

The second man sitting in his house the third week been sad because his plant did not germinate and also hearing the news that the other mans seed germinate, but he still made up his mind to be faithful and also not to cheat. On the day of their result presentation, in the morning on the first day of the month the two of the men arrived at the company. When they were called to submit their result, the second man kept the nursery plant bowl and went away sadly and quite because he was ashamed of his failure. The first man with a happy first rejoicing and even mocking the other man saying to him “to manage a simple seed of plant you can’t how can you be fit for a job here”. In the evening the second man was in his bedroom depressed and thinking on how to move with his life,then suddenly his phone started ringing, then he check his phone to see the person calling the he saw that it was a new number then he pick the call. Then the caller said to him Mr man didn't you need the job that we wanted offering you or what then his said” who am I speaking with sir?”, then the caller said you are speaking with the CEO of the company that you are interview I want you to come to the company now and meet me in my office. When he arrived at the office he was directed to the CEO office when he arrived at the CEO office with a surprise face he was welcome by the CEO and the CEO said to him Mr congratulation we gave you an interview and you past it how sir he asked then the CEO said to him your interview was not only to show how carefully you handle thing but also how you are faithful too.

The manager of this company was dead so I needed a new manager who I can trust so I decide to put a routine beans plant in the bowl to test you. The real result is that the seed was not suppose to germinate so your result was the one I was expecting, the other man tough he was clever that he planted another seed. well we are now employed as the new manager of this company you are to resume work soon . the second man was over whelm with joy and thank the CEO and went home happy and also resume started working in the company.
