Fun With A Hiking Dare Devil

Something that I really enjoy and receive great happiness from is being outside. And as long as at the end of the day I can come home to a hot shower and a warm bed I love to participate in outdoor activities.

I took these photos on one of my hikes through the Kootenai Falls. The swinging bridge sits 100 feet above the water and is 210 feet long. It was originally built in 1943 and has the most AMAZING views of the Kootenai Falls. The bridge is said to be very safe and sturdy and can support up to 5 people. The swinging bridge is only made of cables, wood, and wire crossing the bridge making it look very intimating; but those who are willing to cross will have a great experience.
