Social Enterprise in and for Corporate Relationships- Section 1 of the Community Design Dialog

Section 1: Foundation
The Model for which any group of focused and aligned beings may be successful in the corporation system already exists and has been utilized to the benefit of those who have chosen to regard it carefully and with dedication to a manifesto or purpose. The distinction has been asserted that the corporate systems are inherently morally corrupt and to apply oneself to working within its structure alters one to become exploitative and debauched. It is this mindset that produces the scarce resources for those who would and could otherwise utilize the tools that have been formed by the generations that have come before us to reform the construct of our society, culture and subsequently our technologies, services, and rights. The constitution of the corporate system is one that has manifested to serve those that dedicate the most time and energy to it, like all else in nature. The corporate system is built to accommodate the model of perverse hierarchies based in fear-inducement and exclusionary, self-serving mind control doctrines, usually upheld through propaganda and force. It has succeeded in providing enormous resources and power to the very select group that has created gateways for reaching positions of influence and power on this planet that they control. It is with this understanding that we can, as a unified group of people, intent upon our ultimate goals, become involved in the corporate system insomuch that we may utilize it to create a new model through the affluence it may provide to our projects and missions. With resources being made more accessible to our combined goal, we will have influence and energy to reshape the structure of the environment, which will in turn reshape the way in which humanity may interact with each other, with concepts, and with life on planet Earth. It is by utilizing the corporate tool, and upholding our unified righteousness, that we may observe innovations to the current patterns of human existence.
This document is to provide, firstly and primarily, a preliminarily comprehensive yet breviloquent account of the ways we may combine our efforts to create a beneficial system for our whole and individually, emphatically avoiding the common self-destructive tendencies of unsuccessful partnerships. When we come to agreements as affirmed and sincerely aware individuals, and when we are practicing the sovereignty that is inherent to our existence, we may create anew the interior and exterior environment. There is always a way. The effort to unite many peoples within one container that is both decentralized and organized is one that cannot be defeated by any means other than complete self-destruction. It is always so, that an extreme minority of any population will act to evolve and expand the greater population to accommodate for the changes to environments both interior and exterior, as in spiritual and physical evolution, though no distinction truly exists between the two. With the awareness that nothing we may do as humanity, excluding complete self-destruction, has the ability to halt our evolution and enlightenment, we may act confidently and purposefully to reshape our existence, through cooperation and selflessness, for the wellbeing of the world as a whole.
Personal and direct experience is the only sincere method to arrive at understanding. Speaking on social engagements, meaning any moment of interaction between two individuals or more, there are infinite variations on conduct and form. It is in regards to an intentional, cooperative, aligned, and focused group of individuals that this document has been written. How do we overcome the social entanglements and perils that hamstring a factions projects?

The fundamental issue is the inability to resolve conflict due to preconceived notions and aggressive self-preservation instinct misconstrued and used as defense of ones thought identification. It is in the lack of compassion and empathy that misunderstanding and confusion exists. Without compassion and empathy, it is impossible to listen to what another person saying without constructing a projected paradigm for what is being said to be reconfigured to a suitable model for comprehension. This negates the purpose of listening, unless the intent is to simply ignore alternative perceptions and preserve ones own. Simply stated, it is only possible to fully comprehend what another person is indicating when you Love that person. Not emotional, physical, or any other attachment-based form of that word. Rather, it is the electro-magnetic force that emanates from the center of the heart that is spoken to here. If one is aware of this field and uses it as connection with other people, they are able to comprehend others, often without the need for words. It is this field that allows for understanding. It is this field that empathy speaks to.
In social situations we often find that conflicts arise that we cannot overcome easily. It is in these moments that we are challenged to observe the field of Love and to clarify our perceptions. In the ideal situation, all beings in common purpose, when conflict arises, will respond with Patience, Truth, Peace, and Humility. Because the ideal situation rarely occurs, it is up to all the beings who are able to stretch their abilities and become evermore Patient, Truthful, Peaceful, and Humble for those who may not in conflicted moments.
The balance between the corporate model and other models that have been created to remove imposing strictures is one that can be held, if the beings so inclined to achieve success in spiritual terms and in physical terms work with a complete understanding of the functions that provide for success itself.
The first step is self awareness. To whatever extent it is possible within yourself, it is imperative that you cultivate awareness and self-control. With these tools alone, you may see success in many things previously inaccessible. Self-awareness as an act leads to environmental awareness and keen perceptiveness follows with Patience. Sit in meditation. It is the simplest way.

The next step is practice and action with the intent of mastery. Make use of your skills and talents to become an expert in whatever it is that you do. Devoting space and time to achieving whatever it is you do, energetically, with focus, discipline and honesty.
The third step is only in context to cooperation. When you are sure of your skills, apply them to the social program used by the sovereign beings you align with to accomplish ever greater feats than what is possible alone. Redefine the parameters of your capacity according to the sincere arrangement of capacities of the group. As a group, aligned and skilled in many things, accomplishing any task becomes exponentially more effortless. As cells in your body operate in the highest capacity available to them at any moment, so must each sovereign being in any faction operate at its highest capacity . We shall overcome all obstacles.
There are plenty of available datasets, workshops, theorems, modalities, and religions that describe methods of achieving. The fact that you have not achieved amidst this milieu of options is not a reflection onto the world, but unto yourself and how you have used the natural tools given to you. Success is sweet, and no matter the “what” we are succeeding at, it is the success itself that brings Joy and satisfaction and fulfillment. Though it may be seemingly more difficult in doing, the Truth is that it is all quite simple, and it is only our perception of difficulty and scarcity that leads to failure. The enormous capacity of truly aligned people, sincerely dedicated, and willingly sacrificing of personal ego desires for the sake of the greater whole, is without margins or limitations. The devices of societal architecture that may allow for greater unification are mostly based upon models of surrender and agreements that benefit the whole, which becomes the new identification system for each sovereign being.
The difference between tyranny or other modes of domination and suppression and self-determinism, or anarchy and sovereignty, is that while one oppresses through force, one releases through space. One is compression and one is expansion. The difference between an oppressive bond and a expansive agreement is the distinction between allowing others to choose for you through fear or choosing for yourself through awareness, Courage and Love. It is the difference between an order and a choice. A mandate or a sacrifice.
In our relationships with one another we must refuse negligence and laziness. We must remain upright, yet supple and responsive, observant and Patient, Forgiving and unshakable, with Fortitude and Gratitude. We must give space to one another for growth, while speaking our Truths when they must be spoken. It is imperative to come to agreements, stemming from one powerful root and becoming more complex and fortified as we collaborate and grow into more refined beingness.
