Thanks for your comment and yes, that's exactly what we did. She ended up being unemployed for 6 months and with 2 small children at home it's not an ideal situation, but we survived it. I wish she could retire or I could reduce my hours, unfortunately neither is a possibility at this moment in time with all the costs we have and other stuff that's going on in our lives.
