Why Folks Are Morning LAZY????

It is obvious, especially since f you have live in with colleagues, friends and sibblings that many are morning lady. Some are even day long Lazy??
But what could be the bone behind such laziness?? These reasons quickly comes top!
1) NO or LITTLE AMBITION.
Laziness is driven more by lack of focused target than it is within.Activities are initiated and motivated by ambition about what to do or become.
Whenever ambition is out of place , the body will be idle to any activity.
2) COMPLACENCY
Being satisfied with the present situation pf things leads to complacency. A state of inertia which demotivate people to act, hence they become grossly lazy.
3)MINERAL AND ENERGY DEFICIENCY: Gross mineral and vitamin deficiency in diets could make people lazy ; not able to muster enough energy , effortlessly to do work, especially in the mornings. Intake of inadequate energy substrates also results similar effect
4) INFECTION Related to the above is bacteria and other microbial infection , especially within the cells at mitochondria level. Bacteria and other microbes invites and interferes with cell metabolism.
5) HORMONAL IMBALANCE. Whenever motivation and energy mediating hormones are inadequately secreted, the zeal to be engaged in worthwhile activities diminishes
