Make sure your goals are as specific as possible

Unclear goals lead to inaction. After all, if you do not know what to do, how can you act? You need specificity: figures, manuals, graphics.

Create a chain and do not interrupt it
Comedian Jerry Seinfeld once in an interview said that every day working on his skills. When he finishes this work, he puts "X" in the calendar. Then he promises himself that he will never break the chain.

This "X" can be both in your head and on paper. In the end, this is an interesting game and an excellent challenge.

Suppose you started a blog and decided to allocate an hour a day to write articles for it. But today you do not want to do this. Okay, just sit down and do not do anything for an hour. Very soon you will understand that it is better to work than do nothing.
