My top 10 pet peeves - you won't believe number 1
Everyone has their limit. And some have the ability to push you over that limit. The result: A monstrous demon coming from inside someone who is normally an angel. Here are 10 things that push my buttons:
10. False advertising
If you say something is free, it should be. I don't want to jump through hoops to get a few cents off a loaf of bread.
9. People walking slowly in grocery stores
Grocery shopping is already a tedious task in itself. I don't want to be held up by people hogging the entire aisle. Their trolleys are usually blocking the entire aisle and you'll find them halfway to the other end.
8. Narrow Aisles
Related to number 9. The mystery of why shopkeepers don't either stock a lesser variety of items or move to a bigger space perplexes me. Memories of tumbling cans of beans suddenly spring to mind.
7. Unnecessary Noise
Control yo self! Or at least get a proper sound system that has more than only a subwoofer. I dislike my window panes vibrating due to your 'music' at 3am.
6. Thieves / Criminals
Sometimes I see where they're coming from. Stealing a bread for your hungry child is one thing. Scamming people out of their life savings is however not forgivable. Go to hell. Please.
5. Naughty, hyperactive children
Related to number 6 (just kidding). If you have children you should be mature enough to teach them to behave. Children are cheerful and bashful but there's no excuse for them bashing my property.
4. Unfairness / Hypocricy
Equality rules! In all aspects of life. Work, love, war. America has nucleur weapons; Iran shouldn't. WHY? Your boss gives your co-worker special favours but deny your same request. WHY?
3. Animal Abuse
Maybe not a pet peeve. More of a major irritation and trigger. What kind of sick psychopath comes up with a plan to hurt an innocent and defenceless animal? I hope you suffer the most painful death imaginable.
2. Fakeness and liars
Okay, EVERYONE has told a lie or two. Those who deny it are adding to the lies. But those who make it their life's task to mislead others should rather stay out of my way. Or don't. If you wanna risk being called out on your bullshit.
1. Clickbait
You fell for it. Hook, line and sinker. Yes, I know. And now do you. That feeling after I baited you to click on this post with a shitty clickbait title. That fury.
This post is not meant to be taken too seriously. It's mostly an exaggeration of the facts although most of them are based in fact
