Your real value is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.

"Value is the relative worth of something to someone."

Many people think that value can be only something physical. It's not true. YOU also can be the value. How you treat other, people, how you look, what emotions you make in peoples mind, etc.

The secret is to CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY providing value to others.

Value comes first and the value is simply the natural and direct result of the value providing.

Compensation

Your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them.

If you think about your business seriously, it's not enough to serve few people. You should find a way to serve as many people as possible. Internet and Steemit can be great way to do that. Just use the power of social media. We have great possibilities in our times.

Influence

Your influence is determined by how abundantly you place other people's interests first.

Minimalism is not the best option when you want to have real influence to people. You should rather think, how to give more. How to help them better.

Authenticity

The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself.

Remember, you are a salesman, not an actor. Just be yourself. Sales techniques can help but your authenticity always will be appreciated.

Receptivity

The key to effective giving is to stay open to receiving.

You should realize that people generally want your success. So always think about your network. Be open minded, and you can be surprised how easy is to connect the dots.
