Working hard Overcome Weaknesses.
Over the course of life, an individual's intellect, creativity, willpower and/or self-discipline can be built upon and polished and refined as they meet and exceed a different set of challenges. The achievement of one's goals should not be taken for granted. Failure should be seen and learned from. Failure is necessary. For every skill learned in life, there is usually a skill which is not developed at all, or is learned to insufficient intensity for optimal performance.
When one commits to developing the skills necessary for successful self-care, it starts in the formative year when young people are focused on their academic and professional goals, with the guidance of experts in the field. This builds confidence, motivation, and skills to eventually navigate those tough academic and professional environments.
One of the most common reasons that people are fearful to improve their competitive level is because they feel that they will be too afraid to try hard enough in the past. While it is true that most competitive players tend to remain the same players in any given moment, there is more to it than just standing on the shoulders of others.
However, if a weakness is addressed without working on it, it becomes very difficult to get better in those areas, and that is what naturally happens, over time. This is not an individual weakness, but rather it's the outcome of the inaction that you are allowing in the first place. To combat this, work on your weakness. Follow the steps. In the beginning, it may seem difficult, and you may feel conflicted as you decide to tackle it yourself.
In some ways, it is better to practice those weaknesses than to shy away from them or have them hidden from yourself. The burden of being honest and open about weaknesses is placed on you, so make the effort. It is all a part of learning how to be the best you can be, not only for yourself but for People around you as well. The more friends you have to draw on for your own deficiencies, the better you can be.
You should start with you actively taking some time to recognize what makes you unique as a person. If you find this too hard to do, make a simple questionnaire and make a list of things you could be doing differently. Then set out on a path to solving the issues. Go from being angry about what you feel is an unjust accusation against you to examining the issues, and discovering ways you can be better. You have a lot of energy, so make sure you are using it to create change.
People who have worked hard are unique - they can absorb all of the advice in the world, but they will most likely always feel weaker. So there is a really important distinction between how you can improve from individual to individual and how you can improve from group to group. Therefore, the goal should be to see who you are, how you function and what you need to improve. From there, you can use your day to see what is truly lacking or improving, and working hard on that weakness will make you better.
