The World is Rewarding The Early Risers
"Why even we know a lot, but still can’t live a good life?"
All I can say is: Easier said than done.
Those knowledge that we thought we know, if there is no action taken, it will just like we don’t have that knowledge.
For example, wake up early.
Many people know the benefits of waking up early, but how many are they really do it?
I have come across more than 30,000 businessmen and professionals in the workplace, and it is no exaggeration to say that almost all successful people wake up early.
Ten years ago, Nakajima follows the "wake up early" habit and insist to wake up at 4 o'clock in the morning every day.
Through the habit of waking up early, he achieved great success on all sides, as if the whole life was proving that: "The world is rewarding the early risers".
By using the waking up early method, many people has a great change in their life.
However, there are many people said that this “Waking up early method”doesn’t suits office workers lifestyle!" ”
This method, is not necessary asking you to wake up at 4 o'clock in the morning, but is to remind ourselves: If waking up early in the morning has lot of benefits, why not give it a try?
If you ask me is there any shortcut to success, I would say waking up early is one of it.
Wake up early, yield twice the result with half the effort
Morning, is one of the most efficient time to work.
This is not a subjective judgment, but has scientific proof: "From a physiological point of view, the reason for the high efficiency of the morning is related to the hormones in our bodies."
During dawn, the adrenal glands begin to secrete to two energetic hormones, and the secretion peak is at around seven o’clock in the morning.
The same hormones that are secreted at night, only about One-third of the morning secretion peak.
This is why, working in the morning has higher efficiency.
Not only that, the eating habit has also impact on efficiency.
The brain's nutritional source is glucose, when the brain had glucose, the memory and understandability will improve.
I’m not asking you to get up at four o'clock in the morning, but wake up just a little early to get some good breakfast, afternoon and dinner, so the brain will have a peak in the morning, afternoon and evening.
Wake up early to expand your personal connections
As long as you insist to reach your office earlier, you will find that your personal connections will naturally be widen.
If we persist to reach office early, we will leave a "he always come early" impression, and naturally get respect.
One of my friend, at that time, he is just a fresh graduate, he insist to go office an hour earlier.
At that time, those people who wake up early like him, would take the initiative to approach him, and actively accosted him: "How was your day? "Would you like a cup of coffee?"
And these people, mostly at the manager level, or maybe even in charge of other departments.
At that time, I realize that by waking up early, you unconsciously expand your personal connections.
Let us make full use of the morning time, to shape our glorious professional image!" ”
Wake up early in the morning, the best chance to change yourself
We often complain that too busy on our work and we have no time to do what we are interested in.
I would say please make full use of the morning, and find out what you want to do and fulfill it.
You don’t need much time on this, 30 minutes is more than enough.
At this time, you can "read the book you always wanted to read", learn foreign language, drawing, etc...
The main point of learning early in the morning is not to force yourself to do something you don't like.
Get into the habit of insisting on doing one thing early in the morning, we sure will be able to become a better self unconsciously.
Wake up early for a walk will makes you smarter
“People who deliver milk are healthier than those who drink milk. ”
It is impossible to improve your memory and attention by using your brain, for office workers, you should do some exercises that is less burdensome to your body, relieves fatigue and stress, and good for your brain.
The exercise I recommend is: wake up early for a walk.
Walking uses 60% of the body's muscles, which is a whole body exercise.
If everyone can wake up early for a walk, and walk for at least 20 minutes, not only can make themselves smarter, but also can burn fat and lose weight.
The only secret to wake up early, require only one action.
To wake up early, you can try a method that everyone can do, which is: using the body clock, the "body sense clock".
It sounds very iffy, but in fact, it only involves a very simple action: pull the curtains.
Just pull the curtains and you'll woke up by the sun.
Or you can find someone to help you get up early.
Find a partner who can get up early with you, and accomplish something meaningful in the morning that will make you full of energy all day long.
Countless big company CEO have the habit of waking up early:
Apple CEO, Tim Cook, gets up at 4:30 A.M. every day to send emails and exercise;
Starbucks CEO reaches the office 6 o'clock every morning. Before that, he rides a bicycle with his wife.
......
Since countless successful people have achieved success by waking up early, why don't we give it a try?
Even wake up 20 minutes earlier every day is good enough.
Of course, whether you wake up early or go to sleep late, you need to find the right channel for yourself.
The world will not only rewards the early risers but also rewards all those who worked hard in order to become better person.
I completely agree, I have recently started (this year) waking up hours before doing work rather than half an hour before and have noticed a massive increase in productivity and energy throughout the day which is pretty awesome that something so simple can have a big impact.
Yeah! I used to sleep until noon on weekend and have no energy to start the day. When I try to wake up earlier, I found out I can do more productive work. Although it's kinda hard to wake myself up earlier, but it's definitely worth it :)
Chinese has a saying: 早起的鸟儿有虫吃... literally translated as 'birds that wake up early gets the worm', but then, 早起的虫儿被鸟吃... translates as 'worms that wake up early gets eaten (by birds)'... haha~ it's a different perspective, but then again, chinese calls the lazy ones, 懒惰虫 (the lazy worms) hahaha~ so from the perspective of worms haha~ just an opinion.

Wow
I have been working on my first novel for the last 4-5 years and I wrote on and off, what I thought was good material and what I thought was bad material. All in all, an uphill struggle most of the time. It was after I started waking up at 5 A.M. that everything began to change. In one 30-day period I wrote on average 13 pages of material every day. I completed an actual draft of a 400+ page book in one month!!
And it was all because my body and my mind were more calm, more organized and more focused. And it all started with getting up early!
Love the post!!
Thanks! wake up early does help improve the work productivity
well i think it just deppends on what you do for a living ... i mean , yes bussiness mans make the most of the morning because they can do more of their tasks find out better places to meet with potencial clients and stuff ...
but lets take a bussiness owner like an example ... if he owns a nightclub , theres no point in wasting energy into been awake just because its early
personaly i found the night a better time to find inspiration into my proyects there is an study that talks about how in the night people are more sincere and creative
so my point is it depends on people
well thats my point of view i hope it not disgust you , here its night now btw hahahaha ;)
No, no, no, It's fine :) Everyone has a different perspective. At least for me, I think wake up early can help improve work productivity.
yea i think it certainly does depend on your job and personality. but Im sure there is science behind conditioning without a doubt. If you work 3rd shift, this is irrelevant. If you work from home, this can go either way depending on your habits. If youre a teacher, for example, and must arrive to work at the same time everyday (and in the morning) I would say for sure. I myself, am more productive the earlier I wake up. And I dont go to work until 2 pm. I think its all relative. Great article eitherway. Well written
Waking up early has many benefits most of which you mentioned. Staying up late also has benefits as well. My conclusion is, we can sleep when we pass and we should use the time we are given wisely.
i agree aswell, waking up early gives me the time to wake up and give my metabilosm the time to get going :d interesting post, thank you !
