30 things I learnt by turning 30 NO. 4 - Laugh more
I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.
― Audrey Hepburn
This really goes without saying. We all love to laugh. Life can be serious, often too serious. That is why having friends who have a good sense of Humor are important!
here are a few reasons i want you to laugh more
- laughing is good for you! Really good for you!
laughter releases endorphins into your system that have many health benefits such as reduces Stress, heart health and reducing blood pressure, a boost to the immune system and better sleep!
- It brings people together
Sharing a funny moment with someone is one of the best ways to bond and make a deep connection with people! have you ever had a really really good laugh with a friend and every time you both think back you begin laughing again due to the memory connected with the moment.
- It helps you get over things
laughing feels good and lightens the mood. It is really important to be able to laugh at your self though! ( I'm still trying to laugh at the fact I didn't buy any bitcoin at $10 a pop, finding it hard..)
Don't take life too seriously. relax, laugh, make others laugh. enjoy the moment and have fun!
If you ever need to laugh just google pictures of llamas! it's hard not too! The first time I ever saw this picture I couldn't stop laughing for the longest time. It set me off and now whenever I see it I'm set off again! Just look at the expression on the llama's face! priceless
I like your post.
And yes, the face of the llama made me laugh hahaha.
