Change your physical condition in 6 months
Change your life like I did mine.
My physical change in 6 months is not as fantastic as other people show since I didn't get into a gym and didn't do extreme exercises.
When I was 18 years old in July 2018 I was overweight. I weighed 95 kg and 174cm, so when I exercised a sport my body didn't feel good about itself and didn't work as it should.
As I did not have the habit of exercising which is what happens to most overweight people so I decided to implement in my life a system which consisted of: every time I went to the bathroom I had to do an exercise, I decided to iron during the time that lasted the longest, usually told someone to find me near me to take the time and told me to lie about the time it took to deceive me and then to see the result surprise me, went to the bathroom almost 6 times a day or more and ask me how I did to go so many times to the bathroom, the thing is to drink water constant mind since I also submitted myself to a diet generated by me:
DIET
-Breakfast a cup with Quaker.
-After each meal have a cup of tea or coffee.
-Eat always at the same time.
-The last meal of the day was at 8 pm.
-And finally I substituted the eleven o'clock bread or the tea hour that was at 8 o'clock at night, with protein with salad.
-0 drinks of all kinds, alcohols and juices.
-0 sweets and sausages.
-2 fruits a day.
When I began to see changes in the weeks I was more motivated, so I began to jog at first was super difficult only resist 20 min and only 3 or 2 times a week and jogging super slow, then the trips to the bathroom began apart from the iron to do push-ups with which I had enough strength and managed to do 10 maximum.
Keep in mind that the portions of the food at lunch time were rational more protein, salad and less carbohydrates as before I could get to eat 2 or even 3 plates of food and 2 to 3 breads daily.
Well continuing with the exercises to the month 1/2 and trotaba 40 min lasted in the plate 2 min and towards 30 flexiones of arms, I was totally surprised, I had lost about 8 kilos and thus I followed my routine, that if someday I could not do it for some reasons there were no problems towards the following day and thus until fulfilling my goal.
My friends and family were motivated to see my change so some joined and I went to make calisthenics, at first it was complex and only about 3 bars, but I started apoco, to several repetitions of refusals which consists of going down from the bar at a slow speed, but you can go up with help, either by a jump or by getting on some support.
Currently I'm jogging between 1 hour and 1 hour 1/4 I do 50 push-ups, hard 3 to 4 min on the plate, I do between 8 and 10 bars, but the most important thing is that he weighed 75 kilos and I can play basketball which is what I like.
