Starting a permacultue farm in Idaho

Good news. I am starting a ten acre permaculture design in Idaho. We have a large garden area with deer fencing. We have 1040 square feet in beds right now and will be adding more beds before winter. The PH is 6.5 in this area. We also have a dam and good water. I will need to get the initial permaculture design done. Starting composting right now. We did miss the fall season so it looks like we will be prepping for the spring and tending to what is already growing. My pay will be fifty percent of any profit from the farm and fifty percent of any produce that doesn't sell. We will be planting with pizza and beer production in mind. Hops are already growing well.
