Real Shocking Story of Uber Driver

Hi guys,

This one scared hell out of me, After listening to story of driver, I felt like, In which era I am staying and what kind of people are they.
Let me explain you briefly

It's was Tuesday, I finish my work, it was late night, I was leaving from my office, I wanted to reach my home, It take 1hr from my office, in (Bangalore its in India). I booked the Uber bcoz i was tired not willing drive, to my home. One driver receive my booking from Uber and came near to my office. I got inside his car, was so tired, just went a sleep. But in the middle of my way, we messed with traffic, suddenly I woke up, it was slow moving traffic. A few minutes later I started talking with that driver, he felt comfortable with me and he started talking about his family and about his earning and about all things he was doing to support his family. I felt good talking with him, felt like he is nice person. I stopped conversations for while didn't know wat else I need to ask it was going to personal matters , Suddenly the driver started talking to himself and he was scolding to someone, I felt like he was yelling me, Maybe I have asked some stupid questions which he might not like it, I asked him what happened, and wats the matter.

Here Driver says with his tears full of his eyes:

Driver: Sir, he called me , said "I am going through rough time. "

Me:So I asked, what happened and why any problems..?

Driver : Some incidents happen to me 2 weeks back. I would have died bcoz of it.

Me: What happened like that, can you share with me.?

Driver : Sir, I think it was my bad day in my life, I got one customer, i needed to drop him to some place. It's was my last trip, If I do 14 trip/ completed some km, I ll get incentive. It was my last trip, I was happy that time, I dropped that customer to his destination. I was happy, I plan to go back to my home. Thought of checking trips (Number of duty) , whether it was completed or not in my phone . I took the phone and was checking, Suddenly two men arrived near to my window and tap my car. I asked why and wat you want, they told they need to know address, they have messed up with their address. Everything was in action, I thought of helping them, I open my window, Suddenly one guy kept the knife on my neck. The knife was so sharp, That men's told, Just give everything you have. I begged them and told them please don't hurt me, I am family guy and I have children waiting for me.
One men told get down from the car, and don't do some stupid thing. Another guy was kept the knife on my neck, When I was getting down, small portion of my skin got cut. My neck started Bleeding After the get down , Another guy took the iron bar and hit on my head. That's it, I was unconscious. Woke up in Morning I open my eyes I was at hospital, I was Feeling pain, my wife and my children came to hospital. Some people over there help me to get in to hospital. Everyone was shocked.
I went to police station (cops). I registered the complaint.
After coming back to my home, I felt like I lost everything,don't know what to. do, like they took all my wallet including car.So I am renting this car to run my family now, I still didn't got the car.

He said it's too dangerous to live here Sir, nobody care, He said we have lost our humanity.

Me: I felt sad for him, whatever happen to him it was bad,I told, that not everyone have lost humanity they're some people who does this kind things. But blaming everyone is not well. I just gave him extra money after listening to it.
I am not becoming a hero here, I felt so much sad, felt like to help lit bit to him.

Now Days I feel scared to go here in late night for long drive, sometimes some thought will stuck in your brain, it's will activate depending on a suitation.
