Yes, I agree with you, food is king and nutrition is queen! I find that if I eat sugary, fattening food, it doesn't if I ran a marathon, it goes to my thighs! Every time I slip, my thighs get bigger. Another reason to stay focused on nutrition. By doing that, the rest takes care of itself.
