How does online selling works? I was often been told that online marketing/ online business is the current trend to make money. However, is it that easy as it sounds? I dont think so. I've been hearing on this online business from many people whom I have known and have been avoiding it for a very long time till last month. Told to myself, give it a try and see. As we dont know the outcome of something without even trying. So, hear it goes. As we know, online business(buying and selling products)does gives us a good profit but what are the challenges. There are tons of people who are selling the same product as we do. Therefore, competition is extremly high and for the new entrants or like myself who doesn't have any online business background will be having a hard time to sustain as the existing business owners might have grab the people market. Furthermore, competing on price and shipping will be an bigger disadvantage for a new entrant. Many would prefer to purchase from a familiar or well known seller instead of a new due to loyalty. Then, comes in cybercrime. As it is, new entrants challenges are high enough and with cybercrime it makes it even more tougher. For most online shoppers in the country, all online retail entities are seen as a whole. So if one seller on a marketplace sells fake goods, the entire marketplace becomes a trap in the eyes of online buyers.

So, with all the above challenges what shall we do then...leave the business and go? Nope, an wise man told me once that patience is a virtue. So no matter what,continue to post your product on social media as one fine day when the crowd gets familiar with you, your effort will be paid off. Till then, continue to study the market and sell your products as there are billons of users in social medias. So hope for the best and always start your day with a smile on your face and look forward for a new beginning.
