Actually, the very extension of the period of human life is directly related to the medical care of the population. The modern achievements of medicine, not to mention the medicine of the future, are such that, with proper intervention in the process of procreation, the birth of the fetus can be ensured, the developmental conditions of which and the condition after birth without such interference would doom it to inevitable death. But it is this impossibility of the birth of an unviable fetus in global consequences that provides society with viability in confronting life-threatening threats and supports the genetic stability of the human community in resisting all kinds of infectious and psychic dangers.
Of course, within the framework of a single family, not the birth or the imminent death of a malignant offspring after birth is a private tragedy, but this is also a benefit in assessing the global consequences for the entire community of people.
