GOOD MORNING AT C-6
Another morning at the good ole venue for continued health benefits, as the old saying goes, getting some exercise is better than getting non at all. And it is still best to do it during mornings. We all surely know that it's common knowledge and something that is so basic to talk about, but again for old folks like me, and still have to spend a lot of time working, we tend to get so lazy most of the time, but again a simple reminder....discipline, discipline, discipline! At least we get to spend more time with our loved ones as a healthy bloke.
