What You Shouldn't Do When On Reducing Diet

A lot of people, especially women, wants to maintain their fitness when at teenage onwards. Because to be fit is to be healthy and cool to others. To the extent that they are being stressed at some point leading to depression. But some people are naturally fat from their childhood. No parent wants to starve their children, right? So children end up larger and larger. It makes reducing diet hard for them because it became your tradition to eat a lot.

I want to post this blog of mine to help those people who wants to reduce their diet and make themselves fit again.

1. Don't drink softdrinks nor eat junk foods.
Softdrinks and junk foods are not just only bad to our health, but also never had a good content too. Softdrinks carbonate our stomach that makes you stomach wall thinner. 2. Breakfast - eat like a king! Lunch - eat like a prince! Dinner - eat like a beggar.
When reducing diet, you should consider how much you eat. Here's your simple guide. 😁 At breakfast, you should know that it should be the heaviest that you'll intake. At lunch, it should be the half of breakfast. And at dinner, you can either eat a small amount (e.g. one piece of bread and water with nothing else) or not eat at all. Why is that a good mind set in eating? At breakfast, you're just starting your day. So you should have a lot of energy for the day. At lunch, you are just filling the gaps of energy of what you took at breakfast. And at dinner, you need to sleep, so you don't need a lot of energy. If you eat at dinner a lot, the energy will be stored to your second energy storage, fats.

3. Don't ever lie down or sit just after you ate.
Why??? You ate a lot but I suggest you not to relax? Yeah. Because before you relax, your body needs to process and degrade your food. If you sit or lie down after eating, it will most likely become fats because you are at rest. Be standing for at least 30 minutes. Wait for your body to digest the food.

And I would like to suggest you guys one type of fasting to make your body thinner. The Intermittent Fasting or IF. It is a type of fasting where you set certain times you eat and certain times you don't. The most basic IF is the 8-16 fasting. Meaning 8 hours when you can eat and 16 hours you don't. You can make the time of eating lesser and the not eating time longer. It will make your reducing diet faster but it may damage your body. So be aware of your body capacity.
