5 DO's of life - How to live a happy life
You think life is difficult to live. I say, it could be a lot easier if you just focus your energies on you. Here are just 5 "to do" list to live a happy a life.
Stop comparing yourself
In almost all of my articles, i reiterate this point that you are unique. There is no one like you. You are the one in 7.5 billion of this population. You are the building block of the humanity. So stop comparing yourself with others. Stop criticizing yourself.
You will start living the day you start believing in yourself.
Go with the flow, stop stressing
Relax. Calm down. What is all the fuss about. This is life. Everything is uncertain. And it is not just you. It is everyone. So, the more you stress out, the more dead you will feel. There will be a lot of time to be dead after you are dead. But right now, you won a one time lottery of Life. Use it wisely. Don't waste it on stress.
Life is a blessing, Stop stressing :)
Love yourself
Why not? What is wrong with spending sometime with yourself, giving yourself a small or a big treat? why shouldn't you go to watch a movie and don't share your popcorn with anyone.
Trust me, Yes, you deserve it.
Be Positive
We all might have read "the law of attraction" by now. If not, it says that when we are happy we passes on Positive energy to the surrounding and when are in a negative mood, we passes on Negative energy to the universe.
The point is if you are positive, you will surround yourself with a lot of positive energy and it might have positive effect on other people as well. This will make you optimistic and no matter how difficult the situaiton might be, your energies will help you to get the most out of it.
Travel
There are billions of people in the world, millions of cultures, thousands of languages and hundreds of countries and you lazy *** are bit***** about how life is treating you.
Don't tell anyone and go for a crazy walk without your cell phone. spend a night with the stars. They will not just brighten your life but will also listen to whatever you have to say without interrupting you. Wait until you see the sun rises with a new day. Go to sea shore and you will see the waves talking to you. Go to forest and you will feel Welcome by it.
It is not how life is treating us, it is us how we are treating life. You are consuming it, it is not consuming you. It gave you a chance to live it and that's all it can do. You need to decide what to do with it. Live it, enjoy it OR waste it. By the look of it, it doesn't seems that difficult to live it to the fullest and enjoy while you can.
So why not?

STOPThanks for the GOOD words. Last year was rough and towards the end started doing much more of this. The big one was to stop caring about what others thought of me and to just be myself. Thanks for the encouraging words the world needs more of this nowadays!
