Eat BIG on a budget
Diet blog - DAY 1
I have been searching for a way to cover my nutritional intake in a way that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. After much trial and error, with many variables considered, I have come to a meal plan that costs less than $50 a week. Today is the first day I meal prepped it all and it looks to be a really good amount of filling food for the week. Being type 1 diabetic I really feel a weight lifted off me since finding the right products, stores, and foods to combine into a plan/lifestyle that fits my needs. Hopefully one day I will have some breathing room to not worry as much, but for now, I have that taken care of and can focus on other lifestyle areas to fine tune! I plan to get back into lifting weights a few times a week while I still have "free" gym access at my apartment. Playing sports as my workouts make things fun and have been my only source of exercise as of the past 6-8 months. I haven't picked up weights in a while or been on a routine but I am anxious to see what results I can push myself to.
