Really good information! My doctor says that my anxiety makes my blood pressure spike. I constantly have heat pains. But I’m sure it doesn’t help that I’ve gained a “few” pounds. I’ve recently changed my diet and started working out more so hopefully that helps! Thanks for the information @usamaxwati
