Let’s Get Philosophical. You Cannot Trust Yourself.

This morning, I experienced a very strange phenomenon.

I wrote down this abnormal occurrence in my notes immediately after it happened at around 6:30am today.

At that moment, I could not trust my senses to paint me a cohesive picture of the outside world. My thoughts were a jumbled mess, and I could not make sense of what my mind was feeding me.

Can we ever absolutely trust our senses, then?

If we cannot trust our senses, what is reality? Can we ever see the world as it is?
