Enjoying a Nice Break with Travelgirl

Hi Steemians,

Sometimes its great to spend some alone time at the cafe and enjoy a quiet breakfast. I took this opportunity earlier this week and the 30 minutes I was at the cafe not on the mobile (except taking photos) was really good. I think most people just tend to look at their phones all the time and forget their surroundings. Let’s have a look at the menu first.

I decided to order their homemade banana bread and a hot chocolate. The banana bread has real banana bits and it was not very sweet which suited my taste very well. The only thing I prefer it to improve is the slice to be a bit bigger because I chomped it down in a few seconds.

As I was there on a weekday and pretty early in the morning, it was pretty quiet and many people were there to get takeaway coffee.

Have you tried enjoying breakfast without looking at your phone and take notice of your food and the people around you? I think I should do this more often.
