@bmotives It may not be applicable to all companies due to the need to be physically present for many industries, like those in the manufacturing sector, but even those are being taken over by innovation in automation and robotics reducing the need for a large human presence.
In places where this is not the norm in the developing countries the practice is soon catching up.
