Hello everyone, I realized one very simple rule which works everywhere, anytime, just you have to apply it! Try this rule and your life will be much better then anytime!
A very small part of the events in our lives depend on chance. Usually we decide how to develop our day. That's what American writer Steven Covey claims. He creates the simple principle 90/10 and illustrates it with simple examples, BrightSide writes.

What is the 90/10 rule?

The point is that we have absolutely no control over 10 percent of the events in our lives. We can not prevent a device from breaking, flying - slowing down. What we are influencing, however, is the way we react to things.
The remaining 90 percent of events are the direct result of our reactions. In other words, what we do when we are stressed.

Imagine the following situation

Have breakfast with your family. Your daughter does not want to spill coffee over your shirt. You jump from the chair and start screaming. Then you turn to your wife and start crying for her because she puts the glass so close to the edge of the table. You rush to the bedroom to change your clothes. But when you return, you find your daughter crying. She did not eat her breakfast or prepare for school.

As a result, he leaves the school bus. Your wife is in a hurry to work. So you are forced to take your daughter to school. You're late, so you're driving fast and you're probably violating some rule. Time is against you. Suddenly you realize you have forgotten important documents at home. The day starts terribly and continues the same way. You have no patience to finish. Go home, greet your daughter and your wife. Both are in a bad mood - there is tension between you.

Why did you have a bad day?

a) Because your daughter is spilling coffee.
b) Because your daughter missed the bus and you had to take her to school.
c) Because there was a jam and you were late for work.
d) Because you have wrongly responded to the situation.

Of course, the right answer is D. You've been spoiling all day - both you and your family - with your reaction. You could not have avoided spilled coffee, but you could control your reaction.

It could have been otherwise ...

The coffee spills over your shirt. Your daughter is about to cry. But you say in a gentle tone: "No problems, next time be more careful." You go to the bedroom, dress up and take all your belongings to work. Go back to the kitchen and see through the window how your daughter waved you a moment before getting on the school bus. You tell your wife by the time, you go to work, you arrive 5 minutes early and energetically greet your colleagues.

These are two different scenarios that begin in a similar way. The whole thing lies in your reaction to the events of your life. Of course, you can continue blaming others for their own misconduct and complaining. But will this help you lead a better life?

Learn to react properly. This way you will not fuck any day of your life

If someone is ahead of you on the road, let him pass. Do not compete with him. What does it matter if you come to work a few seconds later? Recall rule 90/10 and do not worry.

They slow down your plane and your entire schedule for the day is ruined. Do not drive to airport staff, guilt is not theirs. Take advantage of your time - read a book or get to know the other passengers.

You will not regret if you decide to apply the 90/10 principle. On the contrary - you will be surprised by the results.

GOOD LUCK
