ONE DAY IN SPAIN
greeting
this is a totally Spanish specialty. It's called a Fideuá.
The Spanish recipe book is truly extensive and each autonomous community has at least one characteristic dish. If we talk about Valencia, the first thing that comes to mind automatically is the paella, but from this place comes other dishes that are authentic delights, like the one we will teach you how to make, a seafood fideuá.
It is a very simple dish to make, although it depends on the tastes of each person or the area, because when talking about seafood can include many different species. In this case we have chosen quite affordable seafood.
These ingredients are needed to make this delicious recipe for four people:
350 grams of thick noodles.
Fish broth.
150 grams of peeled shrimp.
A few Galician mussels.
A big squid in pieces.
An onion.
One red pepper and one green pepper.
Saffron.
Sweet paprika.
Get out.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Here I discovered this delicious dish not far from the city of this great man.
