Do you like yourself?

When you look at yourself, what do you see? Do you like what you see? Do not forget, that if you want other people to like you, it will be very hard for them to like you unless you don't like yourself. When Jesus said that you should love the others as yourself, then it means that there is a basic in which you actually enjoy your own company. If you don't, you will not feel satisfied in the company of other people either.

How can you do that? Well, I don't have a good answer to that. I know people say that you can look in the mirror and start to speak positive things about yourself. You can look at your arm and start to speak about why it is good. Then you look at your ears, your nose, your face, your hair, your stomach, your legs, your genitals, your toes... and start to speak positive thoughts over them.

This is just one idea, but once you start enjoying your own company, it will be much easier for other people to enjoy your company as well!
